The 12" blade full tang rust free blade Angkhola kukri is most commonly used any farm in the countryside of Nepal. As a woodcutting and general purpose tool, and is a very common agricultural and household implement in Nepal. Its use has varied from building, clearing, chopping firewood, clearing weeds, dividing perennials, slashing brush, and digging to cutting meat and vegetables, skinning animals, and opening tins. This Khukuri (kukri) blade is semi-unpolished and better for jungle use. 12 blade is made of Highly Graded Carbon with balanced water purring temper on the edge of the blade therefore its very strong.5" Handle is flat full tang. Unlike other handle (Not Rat tail), the handle and Blade is a one single piece and visible all around the handle (See pictures). Two Rose wood pieces joint (Attached) strongly to the metal part of handle with two metal rivets and. This blade can be used to chop wood or bone and cleaning bushes. Light brown scabbard is made of water buffalo leather.
Material Used Highly Graded Carbon Steel(Car & Truck leaf spring, 5160) for blade, Buffalo Leather for Scabbard(outside) and rosewood for the Handle, Pinewood for the Scabbard (inside), White metal "Laha" (Nepali Traditional Glue).

Care instructions
Keep your blades healthy with proper regular cleaning after every use and the oil it with food safe mineral or coconut oil, it will prevent the coming on the blade which will keep your blade safe for life.
If you have seen rust accidentally then use WD40 to remove it .Never store your knife for long time in leather sheath. Leather can absorb water which will rust the knife. Always clean the blade after using and apply oil or wax (please use cooking oil on Chef Knife) before you store it, for its longer life and durability
The leather can be treated from time to time with a natural balm for leather products with bee wax.
Sharpening of the knife can be done with carborundum sanders or diamond sanders.
